Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents Sushi, Sashimi, and other Japanese‑inspired dishes with precision, ensuring unmatched quality, freshness, and visual appeal.
• Selects and handles premium ingredients, including fresh fish and seasonal produce, in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintains high levels of knife skills and culinary technique, executing intricate cuts and garnishes that uphold the art of Japanese cuisine.
