About the Role As a CBRE Sustainability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of sustainability programs. This position is integral to the Sustainability function, focusing on the implementation of environmental and social sustainability initiatives.
What You Will Do - Support building owners on the feasibility study of engineering solutions and conduct life‑cycle costing to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Have basic knowledge on the design of ACMV systems and M&E services to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute energy, water and waste strategies and assessments to drive the sustainability agenda.
