JOB OBJECTIVE

To coordinate and implement the Group's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives by ensuring compliance with applicable sustainability regulations and reporting requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Sustainability Strategy & ESG Governance

• Develop and execute the Group’s sustainability strategy and ESG roadmap
• Define long-term ESG roadmap, targets, and key performance indicators.
• Establish ESG governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Lead ESG committees and sustainability working groups.
• Monitor ESG related risks and opportunities across the business and recommend appropriate improvement initiatives.
• Ensure sustainability matters are incorporated into strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management function to integrate ESG and climate-related risks into the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
