About the Role

The Sustainability Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of Copeland’s energy, emissions, water, and waste data. This role supports global facilities in data collection, drives continuous improvement in reporting processes, and helps implement and sustain Copeland’s carbon accounting platform.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain high‑quality Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions data, as well as water, waste and recycling metrics across all Copeland facilities
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of environmental data
• Communicate regularly with global facility teams to provide support, training, and guidance on data submission requirements
• Analyze month‑over‑month, quarter-over‑quarter, and year‑over‑year trends to identify anomalies, improvement opportunities, and insights for sustainability reporting
