Safa Community School is seeking a dynamic Swim Coach and/or PE Teacher to join the secondary department. The role involves coaching delivery across age groups, contributing to a high-quality PE programme, and supporting athlete development within a structured pathway.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strong, visible coach across the Primary and Secondary swimming ECA schedules with consistent standards and high-quality delivery.

• Support staff and coaches in delivering age-appropriate and engaging swimming sessions.

• Provide a broad and challenging competitive calendar for students, including events such as DASSA, DSG, Dubai 7s, BSME, WSG, and additional fixtures.

• Organise and lead annual international swimming tours and trips.
