Key Responsibilities

• Programme Leadership and Delivery – Lead a team of swim teachers, oversee lesson planning, ensure lesson effectiveness, and maintain alignment with the organisation’s teaching philosophy.
• Site Management and Customer Service – Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Learn to Swim site, handle customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
