Coach DXB, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is looking for a passionate, self‑motivated and enthusiastic swimming teacher to join our growing team.
What you will do
- Deliver engaging and progressive baby, preschool and Learn to Swim lessons to the highest standard.
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit each swimmer's individual ability and learning style.
- Monitor and record swimmer progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Schedule classes, manage client bookings and maintain accurate lesson records.
- Build positive relationships with families through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with the team while confidently managing your own programme.
- Contribute ideas to help grow and develop our swimming programmes.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and health & safety at all times.
