Frontify is seeking a People Operations professional to manage Swiss HR processes in a scaling tech environment. This 60–80% part-time, 12-month fixed-term role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant employee lifecycle administration and expert guidance on Swiss labor laws.

You’ll partner with Payroll for Swiss contracts and ensure data integrity in Personio, while supporting employees and managers across the lifecycle. Fluency in English and German is essential; French is a plus.
