Position Overview

Swiss Public Affairs Coordinator

Works within the Swiss Public Affairs Team at the World Economic Forum to build trusted relationships with Swiss government and public stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and administrative support (≈50% of time) – manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, arrange meetings, take minutes, draft correspondence, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Project management (≈30% of time) – provide project management support for year‑round initiatives, create briefing materials, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Event planning and logistics (≈20% of time) – organize the Annual Meeting and other Forum events, handle travel arrangements, invoices, and related logistics.
