Responsibilities: IT Support & Incident Management Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for Windows, macOS, and Linux users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, email, and application issues. Manage incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis (RCA) and documentation. Handle P1/P2 incidents, escalations, and post-incident reviews. Ensure SLA compliance using ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Service Desk systems). Network & Security Administration Configure and troubleshoot networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching). Manage firewalls including pfSense and other enterprise firewall solutions. Implement network security policies, NAT rules, VPN access, and network segmentation. Endpoint & MDM Management Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions. Enforce security policies, compliance standards, encryption, and application deployment.
