- Working Hours: 12‑hour rotating shift (14‑16 days/month) 9am – 9pm, 9pm – 9am
- Location: Novena
- Salary: Up to $3500 + allowances + PB
Responsibilities Involve in one or more teams working in 12‑hour shift in supporting and up‑keeping our customer systems running smoothly through:
- Perform General Administration
- Perform Daily Operational Tasks
- Perform Scheduled Tasks
- Perform System Defects Management
- Perform Network Management Services
- Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
- Submit Daily Report
- Submit Incident Report
- Assist Customer on Exercise Support
- Assist Customer on System Audit
