**Key Responsibilities:**

Systems Administration/Configuration (35%)

+ Configure Intune, SCCM, JAMF & Active Directory security groups.
+ Maintain Windows & MAC computer update schedules and progress.
+ Update and maintain the college's servers, OS, and applications.
+ Work with OIT on infrastructure, implementation, and communication projects.

Security & Compliance (20%)

+ Configure and manage security groups in Active Directory.
+ Provide business solutions and education to users to secure their data.
+ Attend IT Security meetings with OIT.

Infrastructure & Network Support (15%)

+ Act as a liaison between the college and OIT.
