Overview

System Administrator role with focus on incentive compensation management and sales tools integration. Strong data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and experience with CIQ/ICM platforms are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and configuration for incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms and related sales tools.
• Develop recommendations for quotas, accelerators, and compensation structures for stakeholders.
• Perform data-driven quota analysis and performance assessment; manipulate data and build insights using spreadsheets and related tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve problems across integrated systems, including CRM and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with sales teams and organizations to communicate best practices and drive tool adoption.
