**JOB SUMMARY:**

To provide intermediate analysis and documentation of existing hospital and administrative procedures and recommend alternative procedures for improvement of work flow, either manual or automated, maximizing productivity and controlling costs.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years related experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) across multiple laboratory areas, with a strong understanding of general laboratory operations and workflows.
