About the Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements for payment systems.
• Act as the bridge between business users, operations and IT development teams.
• Focus on payment domains including remittance, bulk payments and real-time local payment schemes.
• Conduct discussions with users and product owners; translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies in payment processes.
