Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Computer science
10+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems in banking domain, preferably private banking/wealth management
Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann
Strong collaboration skills across hierarchy levels and organizational boundaries
Very good knowledge and experience in modern web technologies
Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as Java EE, spring boot, databases like Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL, integration technologies like IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, event streaming platform like Apache Kafka
Domain Knowledge on Financial / Capital Markets is a plus.
Knowledge on Data Policy and Standards: Establishing data policies and standards to align with business objectives and technological capabilities is good to have
