Position Overview

            Job Overview  1 year contract (renewal basis) 
Ang Mo Kio 
12 Hours Rotating Shift (8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM) 
Basic Salary / Up to $4,000 + Shift Allowance 
 Responsibilities  Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift. 
Assist the Customer in the verification, isolation, and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged. 
Resolve the incident/problem onsite. 
Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and report the escalation to the Project Manager. 
Generate relevant administrative records and reports. 
Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments. 
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. 
Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc. 
Answer technical queries.
