Job Summary Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is responsible for the hands‑on administration, support, and optimization of endpoint and collaboration technologies. Key Responsibilities - Administer, configure, and support endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO.
- Implement and manage virtual desktops, software deployment, central patch management, and endpoint hardening to meet security and compliance standards.
