8–10 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server , VMware , and Linux (Ubuntu) administration.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A postgraduate degree in a computer/science-related field is also acceptable.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows , VMware , and Ubuntu Linux environments.
Serve as the L3 escalation point for L1/L2 operational issues, incidents, requests, and project-related tasks.
Resolve system incidents, outages, and performance issues within defined SLAs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Participate in 24x7 on‑call support , shift handovers, incident monitoring, ticket management, and progress tracking.
