• Build and configure RHEL 10 VMs in both image and RPM modes.
• Conduct CIS hardening and compliance validation using InSpec profiles.
• Prepare Remediation and Upgrade Cookbooks (Ansible or equivalent).
• Test customer agents (EDR, monitoring, backup, etc.) for compatibility.
• Perform in-place upgrade dry runs and rollback validation.
• Convert VM images (.vmdk → .ISO) and validate deployability.
• Deliver documentation, build guides, and validation reports.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.

• 5–8 years RHEL engineering experience (8/9/10).
• Deep knowledge of CIS benchmarks and MAS compliance frameworks.
