**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer (QE) to lead quality assurance and test automation initiatives across HCM and Workforce Management (Logile) platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality releases, seamless integrations, and scalable automation within an Agile/DevOps environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for HCM and Logile releases, patches, and support initiatives, including regression, integration, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, release checkpoints, and quality frameworks aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and provide quality feedback throughout the Agile/DevOps lifecycle.
