Our Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs,CO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Engineer to help define, document, maintain and improve the core manufacturing systems driving our operational excellence, including MES, LIMS, and SPC. This role catalyzes the link between operations requirements and system capability / scalability to enable data-driven operations across the site.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing software systems.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Assist in the design and validation of system flows, user interfaces, and data structures.
