Position Overview

            Job Description  Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure to be in line with SOP (standard operating procedure) in place. 
Defines customers’ needs and functionalities. 
Assists in the coordination of system related activities and evaluation of the implementation design. 
Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools. 
Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. 
Collaborates and manages various stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies, and procedures. 
Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues. 
Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies. 
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required. 
Provide system documentation and SOPs.
