**Description**

Leidos is seeking a **System Engineering Manager** who will lead a dynamic team, who will be working on the Federal Aviation Administration’s En Route Information Display System ERIDS (ERAM program).ERAM is the core air traffic control system used at all U.S. high-altitude en route control centers. ERAM processes and displays radar surveillance and flight data for air traffic controllers, enabling them to safely manage aircraft flying between airports across the National Airspace System (NAS). The system supports NextGen modernization initiatives such as ADS-B, Data Communications, and System Wide Information Management (SWIM).
