Role Overview

As a System Engineer in the Global Quality Operations Central Planning (GQCP) Team, you will own and manage configuration and documentation for the Manufacturing Asset Management (MAM) system across Global Quality operations, enable the transition from MAM to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and maintain the MES setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of the MAM system for the Lab Operations of Taiwan for all product families and types.
• Translate engineering and operations needs into MAM flows using the MAM Document Editor tool.
• Coordinate with counterparts in other locations to ensure global alignment of MAM flows and business logic.
• Respond to support calls related to MAM tracking issues.
• Serve as a global attribute requestor and implementer for Global Quality processes when called upon.
