System Safety Engineer – Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)

An opportunity for a System Safety Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Aircraft Development Safety Team, which is multicultural and multidisciplinary, providing a 360‑degree view of the aircraft development process. You will work closely with Design Offices, Chief Engineering, System Suppliers, and Airworthiness Authorities, reinforcing the team to ensure Airbus military products are designed, developed, and certified according to the highest safety and airworthiness standards.

• Perform System Safety Assessment (SSA) activities for military aircraft systems from development phases until final certification.
