Purpose

Whoever holds this position is part of the Access Credential Management team, responsible for executing the access credential management process for all technological platforms used in GBS Colombia. This includes both the basic credentials required for employees to connect to Scotiabank’s corporate network, as well as business application credentials used in the Service Units and Support areas of GBS Colombia, ensuring compliance with established procedures and agreed service levels. Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of both the IT department and the Operations Vice Presidency of GBS Colombia through the execution of the activities assigned to the role and the fulfillment of its responsibilities.
