AI Operations Analyst / Systems Administrator

Overview

Our client is an MSP/MSSP that recently launched an AI consulting practice. We are looking for a hands‑on technologist who will primarily support day‑to‑day managed services operations while also working closely with the Chief AI Director to support AI initiatives as the practice continues to evolve.

This role is well suited for a systems administrator or senior support professional who enjoys operational work, is comfortable supporting multiple clients, and actively uses AI tools to analyze, document, and improve technical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Support

+ Provide Tier 2–3 support for managed services clients, including remote support and project-based work

+ Own helpdesk tickets from escalation through resolution
