The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring network security, compliance, user training, and other IT duties. The Systems Administrator reports directly to the General Manager.
Policies and Procedures: Drafts, maintains, updates, categorizes, stores, and disseminates policies and procedures.
Planning: Creates and maintains incident action plans and backup and disaster recovery plans.
Network and Infrastructure Engineering: Designs and implements on‑premises and virtual servers and assets, including CDN, DNS, routing and recovery vaults.
Network Monitoring and Analysis: Monitors, analyses, and responds to security alerts.
