**Systems Engineer-Public Trust**

We are seeking a **Systems Analyst** with strong **consulting experience** to support business and technical stakeholders through requirements discovery, process improvement, solution design, testing, and end-user readiness. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to **Genesys** is comfortable driving **testing efforts** (UAT/SIT/regression), and can create clear, executive-ready materials using **PowerPoint** and **Excel** .
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Partner with clients and internal teams to **gather, document, and validate requirements** (business, functional, and non-functional).
+ Translate business needs into **user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams** , ensuring traceability from requirement to delivery.
