You'll play a pivotal role in helping NextGear Capital modernise its systems, improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.

Working closely with stakeholders from Operations, Risk, Finance, Sales and Customer Service, you'll turn business challenges into practical solutions, ensuring improvement initiatives move smoothly from concept through to successful delivery and adoption.
