Description
The Device Tech team is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to build and maintain the platforms and automation that power on-premise compute and storage infrastructure across Amazon's first, middle, and last mile operations. This role is critical to ensuring our application teams can reliably provision, configure, and operate on-premise infrastructure without friction, enabling them to focus on their core business rather than infrastructure complexity.

You will work alongside senior engineers to design and build self-service tools, automation workflows, and monitoring solutions that abstract infrastructure complexity for dozens of application teams across thousands of sites globally. You will gain deep exposure to AWS services, hybrid cloud architecture, and the operational complexities of managing compute and storage at the edge of Amazon's network.
