The Boeing Global Service (BGS) P-8 Modification Integration Team (PMIT) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level System Engineers in Tukwila, Washington. PMIT is an engineering team dedicated to execution of post-production P-8 modifications, including capability improvements, obsolescence impact mitigation, and other sustainment-adjacent activities. The team’s expertise spans supply chain, engineering, lean projects, operations, and U.S. government contract development.

This role focuses on the analysis of individual aircraft systems relative to an overarching system of systems while balancing specific customer and operational needs to balance lifecycle performance and cost for multiple P-8 modification customers.
