**Description**

SAIC is looking for a cleared Systems Engineering candidate to lead an engineering team in providing technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs of Record within the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I). Support includes providing high quality engineering advisory services as they relate to evaluating requirements, training and planning support, assisting in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, advocating requirements in support of future effects-based warfare, assessment of Research & Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (S&T) efforts.
