**Description:** CAM Duties — Serve as Control Account Manager for assigned cost accounts. Plan and baseline work packages, track schedule and cost performance, and generate accurate Estimates at Completion (EACs). Prepare variance analysis and corrective action plans. Support program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and routine EVMS reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination — Interface with IPT leads, production operations, supply chain, quality, and customer representatives. Participate in technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and risk/opportunity boards.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Active Secret security clearance. Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification). Ability to work in a classified lab or production environment.
