Position Overview

            Job Description To attend to all users fault reports on L3IVCS system. 
To liaise with all Telco and overseas telephone lines providers for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system. 
To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCS system. 
To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files. 
To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback. 
Qualifications Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing. 
Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems. 
Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems. 
Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting. 
Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures. 
Class 3 driving license.
