Analysing and detailing the project idea, assessing the project idea in terms of feasibility, cost-effective-ness, risks and success factors in consultation with Business and IT stakeholder
Develop the project proposal with objectives, resources, milestones, schedule, costs, expenses and project structure
Drive project proposal through demand governance process
Set up appropriate project management processes, measure project performance and report status to senior stakeholders
Initiate escalations to senior stakeholders if needed
Develop detailed project plan and create work break down structure (subprojects, work packages, etc)
Set up an appropriate project organization, including identification and management of stakeholders and team members
Actively lead the team/squad in various project meetings i.e. SIT / UAT checkpoint calls, BRD walkthroughs, Solution Walkthroughs.
