Job Description
Candidate Experience + Onboarding Ownership
ββ’ Support candidates through iCIMS onboarding (logins, forms, document uploads, task completion).
ββ’ Provide step-by-step guidance, deadlines, and follow-ups to prevent fall-off.
ββ’ Monitor candidates who are in background check / pre-employment status and push next actions.
High-Volume Recruiting Process Support
ββ’ Move candidates through the funnel: review β disposition β schedule β offer steps β onboard.
ββ’ Send consistent nudges/reminders via email/text/phone to keep the process moving.
ββ’ Communicate clearly with candidates regarding next steps, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate on:
ββ’ interview availability and scheduling
ββ’ candidate feedback turnaround
ββ’ start date alignment and readiness
- Escalate issues early (candidate delays, missing info, onboarding stuck points).
Data Entry / Reporting / Tracking
