The main objective of the role is to ensure successful implementation of leads generation activities for various sourcing channels. The role also aims to optimize sourcing processes to ensure consistent high-quality of leads endorsement from Sourcing Team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and updated job postings for all assigned roles.
• Conducts paper screening on all leads received and ensures all candidates endorsed for processing pass minimum qualifications as required.
• Ensures that all leads are screened and processed timely.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in implementing employee referral programs and 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and/or volume recruitment.
• At least 6 months of experience in academic/external partnerships for recruitment and sourcing purposes.
