The Opportunity

A Team Member greets and serves guests, prepares product, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position, but not limited to the following:

• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
• Look for opportunities to enhance both the customer’s meal and experience.
• Maintain high personal standards in both presentation and work habits including the provided uniform to meet the franchise and customer expectations.
