Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Taipei, Taiwan to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner for Semtech’s APAC region. This role will support regional growth and hiring objectives by partnering closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to deliver proactive, high-quality recruiting support across Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, and other APAC markets as business needs evolve. The position expected to operate with strong autonomy, business acumen, and consultative influence in a fast-moving semiconductor and advanced technology environment.

As a regional talent advisor, the incumbent will provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and help ensure APAC hiring priorities are executed in alignment with business growth plans. The ideal candidate ...
