Job Summary

This role serves as a key member of the Agency PMO team, supporting the end-to-end management of Bechtel’s global contingent workforce program through SAP Fieldglass. The position is responsible for executing and governing agency workforce processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance with contractual and policy requirements, and alignment with global workforce strategies.

The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to manage high-volume contingent workforce operations, drive process standardization, and deliver a high quality vendor management experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting global deployments, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the Agency PMO function.
