TBTE is seeking a recruitment-focused HR professional to support the growth and daily operations of our expanding organization. This role is responsible for leading and executing full-cycle talent acquisition while supporting the development and administration of our compensation and rewards framework and coordinating key HR functions across our offices. The successful candidate will apply strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to proactively attract, assess, and secure top technical talent, while also supporting workforce planning, compensation and total rewards strategy, onboarding, and compliance in a fast-paced, technical environment.
