Position Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to applicant inquiries and provide updates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct initial screenings based on job qualifications
  • Prepare and organize recruitment documents, reports, and trackers
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities
  • Update and maintain applicant databases and recruitment dashboards
  • Process pre-employment requirements and assist with onboarding tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment tools or ATS
  • Customer service–oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
