We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Farmer) to support our recruitment team by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What You'll Do:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
