Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or Industrial
A minimum of 2 years experience in Sourcing and Hiring
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a lead or senior capacity
Strong experience in competency-based interviewing and stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
With experience in hiring engineering and technical roles preferred
