β’ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
β’ With at least 6 months to l year relevant experience.
β’ With experience in end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboarding, Orientation)
β’ With essential skills in applicant tracking (ATS, and other sourcing tools and channels.)
β’ Can work under pressure and with high ability in confidentiality.
