Our client is looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of University Relations & Recruiting in their world-class Aeronautics organization. Youll build and manage strategic relationships with target universities, partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.
