Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-moving hiring team within a manufacturing environment. This Contract position focuses on keeping candidates engaged, interviews organized, and pre-employment steps on track for hiring activity in Minnesota. The person in this role will work closely with recruiters and business leaders, balancing high-volume coordination with careful attention to accuracy, communication, and candidate experience.
