The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the candidate experience and ensuring a seamless transition from the offer stage to the first day of work. This position is part of the Post-Offer team, where the coordinator will manage requisition assignments, generate offer letters, and oversee background screening processes, all aimed at minimizing delays and fostering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, enabling them to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment. They will thrive in a collaborative setting while also being comfortable working independently, utilizing tools such as Workday to support the execution of program deliverables and enhance the overall recruitment process.
